Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain how the assessment of training needs at the organizational, job and individual levels at PT. Semen Tonasa. This study was conducted at PT. Semen Tonasa The sample in this study was 2 informants and the technique used was direct interviews. The data analysis used was qualitative analysis carried out during data collection and after data collection was completed. The data analysis activities of this qualitative research were carried out interactively and continued continuously until complete through several systematic activity steps, namely data collection, data reduction, data display. The results of this study indicate that the development of Human Resources Through Training Needs Assessment on employees of PT. Semen Tonasa is effectively used in gathering information on training needs at PT. Semen Tonasa
